The Reformer is a piece of Pilates equipment in which springs and body weight are used as resistance to provide an exhilarating, unique exercise environment.
In each 55 minute session, several muscle groups are engaged simultaneously through smooth, continuous motion, with particular concentration on strengthening and stabilizing the core.
The focus is on quality of movement, rather than quantity, leaving you feeling invigorated, not exhausted at the end of your session.
